Rates
Please call me at 415.244.5590 or email me kjamesmft@gmail.com to inquire about rates. Sliding scale is accepted. The first intake session is an hour and 20 min and at a flat rate of $120.00. If you would like to purchase 5 or more sessions upfront, I will give you a 10% discount.
Payment
Cash, check, money order, or Pay Pal are accepted for payment. If you would like to pay for your intake session, $120.00. You may do so by using Pay Pal. Payment is required at the end of session. Please note a $25 penalty will be applied to all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please note Flexible Spending Account coverage may be applied to therapy. A receipt will be provided at the end of each therapy sessions, which you may submit to your FSA account or insurance.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
