My goal is to provide a non-judgmental and safe environment, to ensure you are actively listened to and understood, and to provide you with empirically proven skills to accomplish goals and achieve desired change. My most important goal though is to make sure that you are benefiting from your time with me. I value building a trusting relationship with you, and I work very interactively and provide feedback to you in every meeting. I have a general practice & specialize in relationships, depression/anxiety, addictions of all sorts, substance abuse, body image/eating issues, life transitions, bereavement, & trauma.
