My goal as a therapist is to provide a non-judgmental and safe environment to ensure that my clients are actively listened to and understood, and to provide my clients with empirically proven skills to accomplish goals and achieve desired change. My most important goal as a clinician though is to make sure that you are benefiting from therapy. As a seasoned clinician, I value building a trusting, therapeutic relationship with you, and I work very interactively and provide feedback to you in every session. I have a general practice & specialize in relationships, depression/ anxiety, addictions of all sorts, substance abuse, body image/eating issues, life transitions, bereavement, & trauma.
