A Signature Offering

Intention Work

A guided, multi-session process for clarifying what you want from your life and building the inner infrastructure to get there.

Of all the work I do with clients, Intention Work is what I find to be the most fulfilling and meaningful. For over a decade, I have been setting intentions and have guided my clients through this step-by-step process. It truly has been astonishing to see what has transpired.

An intention comes from your intuition and is a deep, honest sense of what and how your life needs to grow and evolve. It is a carefully crafted statement worded with precision and acted upon with focus. A plan in how to work the intention is then mindfully written.

Intentions are traditionally set at the beginning of the year or around your birthday, though they can be established at any meaningful turning point. Once established, the intention is worked on solidly for a year with refinement and embodiment before the next yearly intention is set. Intention work is a lifespan daily practice.

How the Process Works

01

Exploration

We begin by listening to what you want, what you fear, and what gets in the way. This is the foundation everything else builds on.

02

Crafting the Intention

Together we wordsmith your intention with precision as the language is specific, present-tense, and deeply personal.  Words take form.

03

Writing It Down

There is power in putting an intention on paper in your handwriting. We work with the written word as a commitment and return to it daily.

04

Visualization

I guide you through the practice of seeing your intention as already real. Visualization is not wishful thinking; it is a skill and a focus.

05

Building the Infrastructure

Over multiple sessions, we develop the habits, beliefs, and practices that support your intention which is where lasting change takes root.

Who This Is For

Intention Work is open to anyone — you do not need to be in therapy to benefit from it. It is especially well suited for people who feel a gap between where they are and where they want to be, who are navigating a transition, or who simply want to live with more clarity and purpose. If you are curious about what your life could look like with a clearer sense of direction, this work is for you.

  • You feel a quiet sense of drift — life is happening to you rather than being shaped by you
  • You are in a season of transition and want to move through it with intention
  • You have goals but struggle to connect them to a deeper sense of meaning
  • You want a structured, guided process — not just reflection on your own
  • You are ready to do the work of becoming more fully yourself

"An intention, held clearly and returned to often, becomes the architecture of a life."
